Exploring Online Research Methods in a Virtual Training Environment was an ESRC funded project running from May 2004 to July 2006 under the Research Methods Training Programme (Award ref: RES-333-25-0001).
The project aimed to enhance understanding of online research methods through the production and evaluation of a self-supporting online training package targeted at the social science community.
TRI-ORM was a project which ran from May 2007 to July 2009 under the ESRC Researcher Development Initiative (Award ref: RES-035-25-0002)
The project aimed to stimulate the careful and critical uptake, and further sophisticated use, of Online Research Methods (ORM) and to work towards mainstreaming these innovative methods by building a national and virtual network of research training in ORM.
