Managing Research Projects

Who are the resources for

[c]

This section contains a collection of guidelines, case studies and associated resources relating to Team Development.

The material is presented primarily for Research Team Leaders. Some elements are also of relevance to research team members and this is indicated where appropriate.

If you are fairly new to Research Team Leadership, you may find it helpful to complete the self-review checklists before accessing the materials provided.

The checklists cover team operating practice, managing relationships and dynamics in teams and obtaining and maintaining team engagement during the project.  They are designed to help you quickly fund the guidance, case studies and resources of most immediate relevance to you, although of course you may, at some point, wish to browse generally through them all!

If you are an experienced  ResearchTeam Leader you may be particularly interested in the guidelines and resources on: The importance of Trust and Respect
